Like DACA that was unconstitutional but now a Trump EO overturning am unconstitutional EO is somehow unconstitutional?

My version, popular with many, is that "congress decided $1.7 billion additional to what was already spent would be plenty to do. No one thinks that should be all, ever. But it's congresses job and they did it.
The rest is grandstanding so rush and Anne Coulter don't castrate him. There's no emergency re spending more and more. Spend the 1.7 billion wisely. Get back to us later if you are not impeached."
