This type of tragedy happened in my Zachary neighborhood back around 2002ish. An older sibling was backing out and didnt realize his much younger sibling had slipped out to the driveway, backed over the child. Unfathomable, the grief and agony.

**Wow, hit and run...if true, wont be running long Im sure.

not hit and run and from initial reports speed does not appear to be a factor

Thank God for backup cameras now. It's virtually impossible to see something behind the car, low to the ground without one. Such a sad story.

That is horrible. The older sibling has to live with that. The parents lost one child because of their other child's actions (which was not on purpose). I couldn't even imagine.
