3M Marine Cleaner and Wax works good. If you need a buffer, get one from Harbor Freight $40 bucks or so. You can use the 3M on the entire boat, outside as well as the non-skid.
I use OrPine to clean my boat. A little pricey, but helps to keep the wax on, and that makes cleaning easy.

Don't forget the wool bonnetts at hf.
Met my mechanic at the ramp and hopefully figured out my electrical problems (butt splice and a zip tie
)Bounced some swimming mullets off the bottom while we were playing with motor with zero results.
Only dropping 2 bennies for a fix;priceless.
