Like I said I’m looking for something new, just curious what others are listening to and think “what a great album”. Some of my favorite albums:
Paul Simon Graceland
Neil young after the gold rush
Bob Marley legend
Bela fleck live at the quick
Oscar Peterson some live album
Miles Davis kind of blue
Pearl Jam ten/ live on two legs
Nirvana unplugged
Radiohead the bends
Tool lateralus, 10k days
Clutch blast tyrant
Ray lamontagne /pariah dogs god willing and the creek don’t rise
Joey landreth whiskey is the most recent thing I’ve discovered. It’s kinda blues meets a little country. I like some of the electronic influenced stuff too but haven’t found much I like as an album.

If you like Paul Simon, check out Vampire Weekend. Start with the first album.
These are all within the last few years, and in no real order or claim to be exhaustive. Just some somewhat recent albums I like off the top of my head.
Titus Andronicus: Most Lamentable Tragedy
Car Seat Headrest: Teens of Denial
Lucy Dacus: Historian
Phoebe Bridgers: Stranger in the Alps
Pinegrove: Cardinal
Kevin Morby: City Music
The World is a Beautiful Place and I am No Longer Afraid to Die: Harmlessness
Bully: Losing
boygenius: boygenius
Panopticon: Autumn Eternal
Lord Huron: Strange Trails
If you can stomach rap I'd add:
Kendrick Lamar: Good Kid Maad City
Kendrick Lamar: To Pimp a Butterfly
Saba: Care for Me
Vince Staples: Summertime 06

I like a lot of the same stuff as you have on your list. Have a ton of recommendations but these are likely those you'll most likely enjoy on first listen:
My Morning Jacket -- It Still Moves (I 100% guarantee you'll like this based on your list)
Miles Davis -- Four and More (live recording, sped up songs)
Mad Season -- Above (McCready from PJ, Staley, and others)
War on Drugs -- Lost in the Dream (incredible)
