This summer and next winter... subject to appeal..

Can sell, not buy (reading there may be a loop hole to keep Higuain if wanted).

I really hope that Spurs' transfer ban is over now.

That include the Pulisic move in the summer? I know the deal was made in Jan., But do they get to follow through?

Juve's wage bill is going to be astronomical if Higuain comes back into the fold. They may be forced to sell him for cheap or they'll flex their mafia muscles and force one of the lower Serie A sides to take him on.

I’d bet they’ll be able to appeal and put it off until after this summer

Nonetheless, Sarri will probably leave, they’ll panic buy, and bring in a bunch of guys that don’t fit the new manager’s system with no real vision

It's also funny because we're way more successful than Liverpool with absolutely no real strategy to speak of for more than a decade.

Hoping this means City aren’t going to get anything.

And a decade ago our strategy was to not go into administration

yeah, we've only had a strategy in place for about 2 years... after years of aimless buying, in most cases, out of the bargain bin...

What's this great strategy? To spend more and buy better players? Brilliant
