Wait are you saying that Jrue will be traded? I love Jrue, he is such a dedicated person.
Jrue's fate depends on what moves happen next. If the Knicks get the #1 pick and we trade AD for Zion and a bunch of other kids and future picks, then you should do a rebuild and trade Jrue. But there's only a 14% chance that that happens. If we get the more likely trade of Tatum/Smart/Picks then keeping Jrue and aiming for the playoffs makes sense and Jrue said he'd be happy as long as he's on a team competing for the playoffs.

Thanks for your informative response.
I was sort of joking. I am a big believer in the Jrue to lead the troops movement. Jrue has been dedicated and a bulldog who only wants to win. He is a credit to the Pelicans, and would be a valued commodity to most top level teams in the league. He has given hope to a downtrodden fan base. Jrue is the definition of professional (heard a good podcast today on The bird calls. A good assessment of Jrue.)
So let's say for the sake of argument that Jrue would be traded; what would a good haul for Jrue look like?
