Quick update: Ate there for lunch today. Walked into the restroom and a man who I’m pretty sure was the manager (Oxford shirt, tie, and an apron of all things) walks in behind me and starts wiping down the floors with his bare hands and napkins. Just bent over at the waist going to town. Then he proceeded to clean countertops and the toilet next. The manager of all people!

That's pretty impressive...if they could go to town in the kitchen, I would be sold!!! Till Then I'll keep choosing good food over well wiped down surfaces
