It’s more widespread than you think. I’ve been in this profession more than 10 years. I’ve coached at public and private schools. It happens all over all the time.

OK, so what? Public and private recruit. Some schools have advantages over others, be it in facilities, funding, etc.
Penalize the offenders and move on. Changing the entire system was the pussified path.
