I ain’t doing CrossFit. Im not a newbie to working out man, I lifted from probably 14-30 yrs old. Played ball in college and know what I’m doing. I’m just looking for a workout to start back up with b/c it’s been a while.
I already run and do yoglates... I want to add lifting to get some muscle back on and help shed some of these excess lbs. that I can’t seem to knock off. I’m not worried about getting “cut”.

Sounds like CrossFit would be good for you tbh

Being an ex athlete, the structure of it could reinvigorate old competitive juices that in turn would help you stay committed. Just a thought.
