So far have dethatched
Weed Free Zone
Sedge Ender
Watered
I guess I am going to try fungicide next to see if the grass starts coming back. If that works I will hit with another dose of sedge ender and weed free zone. I think the ones I had from last year may not be as potent since weeds are still poking through.

I need to aerate but don’t have a truck. How big and heavy are the aerators if I rent one?
