That film was way different than the first two. Yet everyone's ok with that. But TLJ decides to add a little silliness and it's "ah hell no."

Because they didn't quite know how to handle Thor the first two times. Both of those films are in my bottom 1/3 of Marvel movies. Thor 1, everything interesting is happening in Asgard and it's a buzzkill when you go to Earth. Thor 2 I'd probably only put it above Iron Man 3 and Age of Ultron, and probably tie it with Iron Man 2. If Kevin Feige could go back and redo two movies, I'm willing to bet they would be Thor 1 and 2. I don't think they realized how funny Chris Hemsworth was either.

Waititi, mixing Ragnarok with Planet Hulk, and the Thor movies were silly through out.


Thor had the fish out of water sequences.

Dark World had a Scooby Doo chase. While trying to develop an edge.
