While I don’t wish ill-will on any business owner, Danny doesn’t strike me as the type of guy that knows how to run a “sport restaurant”, which is what his comical banner says outside of unfinished Azul.

El Gato ended up buying the adjacent piece of land and turned it into parking due to the lack of street parking. Azul is going to have a tough time on that corner with parking.

Azul has like 8 spots and the neighborhood parking there is minimal with just some business parking.
