After it was posted some folks with photoshop skills showed that their were modifications to the photo only over RGB. Nowhere else in the photo.

Check the jacket and the head scarf which was moved to down around her neck, sticking out from coat in "new" photo.

To be fair: I think the pic that the chans put out via Q of her in a coma with a nurse in the pic is BS; as well as, the RBG at a play pic...
