I will say that when a man almost a foot taller than you is engaging you, the proper defense setup is not necessarily to simply raise your right hand chest high in a "stop" position.

The puncher should be arrested, this cannot be allowed. Anyone, no matter what their ideas, has the right to speak as long as they follow the law.
If he had on a hammer and sickle, the same thing applies. Ao long as they are peaceful and obey the law, their speech should be protected. This behavior is unacceptable.

I get it. I get the guy getting clocked. That said, if our society does not allow freedom of speech and expression without the threat of violence in return, then we are headed towards really bad times.
The guy is a racist and idiot for wearing that shite. Black guy had a right to be offended. Does being offended justify physical violence?
