We do this almost every day. People seem to get good results with it as far as their sinusitis goes. If that’s what’s causing your symptoms if may work. Occasionally it will scar back down and have to be revised, but that’s rare. Make sure your anesthetist knows it’s being done for your voice. They will use a smaller tube and that will also lessen the chance of changing or damaging your voice
