Is that legal in Louisiana? In Virginia the number of non-adult passengers is limited for a period of time.

In my limited experience just about everything driving related in VA sucks
Speed limits are too low in most places, every parking lot I've been to is a poorly designed piece of shite, and you can't take U turns anywhere (legally)

she is only allowed to have 1 kid in the car at a time at the moment
I think that ends at age 17; not 100% sure - it may end after 6 months
ets - and I think it is a stupid law
