I don't know, this doesn't seem like that big of a deal with the clarification that it is only causing 40ish minute delays for some flights.

Okay so a flight at 10:30 am is delayed by 40 minutes. That airplane is going to fly 2-6 more flights by the end of the day. All of those flights are also delayed. The airports that all those airplanes fly to also have to deal with delayed flights that don't fit into their plan for the day. You know nothing about aircraft routing.
