the primary reason to sell is that there’s nothing worth buying this year.

Flipping Moore for a bigger salary and getting back a pick wouldnt be bad, but Moore himself would be more attractive in a trade than a Mahinmi and a pick...
Let's just say Portland gets swept again and decide to blow it up, Moore, Hill and Frank work salary wise for a guy like Lillard, so keeping him doesn't really hamstring you, but if you could flip him for a guy like Courtney Lee and a 1st rounder, then you do it
