The guy swerved, because the kick freaked him the frick out.
Harley guy needs to be charged, and is fully responsible for all cars damaged as well as any damages to the highway medians.
Worst part, d-bag doesn't even stop to see what he caused after kicking that car and causing it to end up flipping another vehicle.

yea forget all the attempted murder yabbajabba too. But you do bring up an interesting point regarding who may be charged. Little baws in Houston were busy egging cars. Well one of the cars they egged chased them down. Little baws crashed into a car as a result and eggee was charged.
