He gave the guy a 25% tip from his agreed upon terms were Kuchar to finish in the top 20, which was $4k. Do you tip your servers more than 25%?

I have before because it was the right thing to do. If I go watch a game at a restaurant and get one beer I'll tip sometimes even more than 100%. I sat at a table for a couple hours and didn't spend any money really. By doing that I cost that server money so I'll tip like $8 on a $4 beer. I'm not required to do that, but I feel like I should since I'm taking money out of someone else's pocket and I'm sure they appreciate it.

If I spend a week with the guy, or gal, and they carry my plates around the whole time and at some point I find a gold nugget in my food worth 1.3 million and it's the first nugget I've found in 4 years and I've already found 40+ million worth of gold nuggets in my lifetime then yes, I would tip them more than 25%.
