Zillow is showing a slew of new listings over the last 4 days in the Zachary area. Latest count over 90 homes have hit the market. This is a really large number of properties hitting the market for an area the size of Zachary. Total properties for sale went from 250 to 340 as of tonight. 30 properties are now in the Pre-Foreclosure status according to their site with 9 current foreclosed properties for sale

These are the folks trying to get a head start before the masses. But really who would be looking to move to Zachary now.
