Wait. This thread was at least partially a troll job; but are you seriously going to argue that public land is better managed than private land?

We both know if I had a 5000 acre piece of land and I wanted to donate it to the state tomorrow as a WMA, it would stay in the same condition as the day I donated it (more or less). I’m not saying it’s the state’s fault, but it has no money.

You said you don't hunt WMAs, so how is it that you understand the condition of them so well?

And I simply said it's bullshite to say a pine plantation is better conservation than a WMA or NWR.
