That I don’t know. Only lived there since 2012 and don’t work at the plant so my frame of reference is limited by what I hear from people working there or their relatives.

Nope. Not at GP
Their past wholesale changes were after being bought out by Koch. They had struggles with Union and cut a lot of people to save money .they never closed anything
Today’s deal is on different level.
