If their only qualification for "best in the world" is walking distance, then not having Asheville on this list is criminal. Not to mention places i haven't been, like Portland or Boulder (from what i heard). And strange that Belgium isn't on this list.

Asheville has a lot of hills, easier to use uber or lyft to get around:
