Bumping this for any last-minute recs. Our flight lands around 8 Saturday morning in Phoenix. Here's our itinerary so far...

Sat - Arrive, drive from Phoenix to Sedona, check-in, unpack, grocery store, etc. Maybe venture into town and explore some. Dinner at house.

Sun - Breakfast at house. Pack a lunch and do a few hikes around the area. Dinner at house.

Mon - Pink Jeep Tour booked for mid-morning. Lunch in town after tour. Explore shops and stuff around Sedona that afternoon, maybe try for dinner at Elote.

Tue - Drive to GC and spend the day there. Hitting the east gate, and driving the rim to the south rim gate. Watch sunset, then drive back to Sedona.

Wed - Hit more hikes around Sedona in the morning. Drive down to a couple of wineries that afternoon. Maybe hit Jerome ghost town.

Thu - We have left it open for now. May do GC again, may drive up to Page. May just hang around Sedona. Dinner at Elote if we haven't already done so. Have considered the Verde Valley train tour.

Fri - Also open. Flight leaves somewhat early Saturday morning so part of day will be packing and whatnot.

Sat - Fly home.

Make sure and make time to visit Jerome. Haunted hamburger is a cool place to eat. The north rim is now open, much less people, and prettier than the south rim. Take time to stop off in Page and do some slot canyons. Upper Antelope and lower antelope. Horseshoe bend is right there, and not a bad hike at all.

You should check out Flagstaff. Super cool little mountain town. Drive up Oak Creek Canyon from Sedona to get to Flagstaff. Very scenic drive. Flagstaff Extreme is also fun...ropes obstacle course up in the treetops with zip lining.

Hot air ballon ride in sedona. If too windy, helicopter tour instead. Do it early on the trip so you get the layout of town and places you want to hike to.
