Yeah, I know better than to go off for one holiday party because it leads to ALL the carbs all holiday long.

I hear you. I say no to every donut that gets thrown my way all year long, but the crackers, dips, and pepper jellies during the holidays got to me, to the tune of about +4 lbs this year.

Tonight, wife cooked stuffed cornish hens and roasted zucchini, with rice and gravy (I skipped on that part).

Looking at going keto, but I'm only in the early learning phase.
