You can still, generally, reimburse yourself for qualified medical expenses if you pay with something other than the HSA provided card. You'd obviously want to keep the receipt of the purchase, but say you paid via credit card, you could still send your HSA funds to your checking account as a reimbursement for the qualified expenses you paid out of pocket.
