Have you listened to Mathew Walkers talks on sleep? He makes a compelling case for sleep being the most important factor in health and future predictor of disease. Talks about sleep deprivation and bad food choices, paired with impaired insulin/ glucose metabolism, a viscous cycle.

Insane amount of energy and making great progress in gym for being 65 years young.

Completely off all 5 of my Type 2 meds, A1C is 5.7

Hoping to go off the statins next

I haven't had more than 30g net carbs in a day since I started. Have done 3 7day fasts, some 5 days and usually eating one meal a day. I really like the keto lifestyle
