I’ve entered the season of working 12 hour shifts as well as coaching football for 3 hours a day. 6 hours is pretty much the maximum sleep I can get Monday-Thursday with 5-5.5 more likely. I haven’t lost a pound in two weeks, in fact I’ve gained 3 despite being extremely strict in my carb intake.

Are you tracking your macros? If so how are you doing it? Are you being honest with your inputs (I.e. inputting even the smallest of snacks)?
