I'm drinking a beer out of a mug outside right now. No fish smell.

pour a beer or glass of wine inside (it has to be GLASS) then go out in the humidity. Come back in. Something changes. It smells fishy
I regularly drink beer on a patio and walk in and out with said beer. This never happens
Humidity wont change the taste of a beer like this

I poured the beer I'm drinking right now inside and walked out on my back porch to consume. I don't notice any smell.

Sure enough....
The same thing happened at my future in laws just three days ago with wine, and it just happened again with beer at the same friends house.
Try it, and take a smell after you bring it back inside.

Glass isn’t allowed on the streets. Hopefully an officer wrote you a city ordinance violation

My only guess is maybe you have bad breath. When you take a sip you leave some saliva on the glass. You walk outside, the wind hits it, dries the saliva, and then you smell your breath on the bottle. It's like the trick where you lick your wrist, blow on it, and smell to see if your breath stinks.

Nice try, but it’s not just me.

One of my favorite things to do is to dine al fresco. I have never experienced what you describe.
Check with your MD as I think you might have olfactory aids. Very treatable now days.
