Just hope and pray the dealer won't run the clock out on warranty repairs and leave you fricked.
Long reddit thread of a guy who had 3 different bmw dealerships deny anything was wrong with the car, despite the owner directing the service department to check certain things. Basically his warranty was about to run out and he wanted to get everything done before it expired. Dealerships essentially told him there was nothing to be done. Warranty expired and surprise surprise, all the things he asked them to check suddenly needed to be replaced.
BMW Corporate told him they don't control the dealers and that he was SOL.

Why not lease one for a year to check it out?
