It is! There is documented evidence of the ketogenic diet reversing T2 diabetes in several subjects. The diet or as I like to call it WOE is lifesaving. Welcome to the team. Let me know if you have any questions or anything else!

I need some help tweaking my diet to get on track. I feel like I read all about folks following the diet and seeing all these great results in the first month and I'm over here with seeing a 1lb difference from where I started 1.5 months ago. Here's an example of a day's food intake:
Breakfast: 2 Egg cups(basically eggs, cheese, and bacon/sausage mixed and put in a cupcake tin and baked. Sometimes vegetables are added in), occasionally a few slices of avocado, black coffee no cream no sugar/sweetener
Lunch: Spinach leaves, some chicken(usually get a roasted chicken at the beginning of the week and pull off it for most of the week), shredded cheese, and greek dressing
Dinner: usually either chicken, beef/turkey, or steak and vegetables and I try to mix in some fat(avocado, cheese, etc)
I work out 3-4 nights per week, and do drink on the weekends(vodka diet tonic usually)
Think you can help me tweak this to start seeing some of the benefits? TIA
