What about Louisiana Sportsman? Is that trashy too? It's the same process and may very well be firearm related.

Bottom line is that you conduct your business in a safe area, with witnesses, and you confirm identification before product or money is exchanged. Ask a ton of questions before you meet. If you feel uncomfortable nix the deal. There's always another opportunity.

What about when police commit one of their daily murders?

educate yourself Darius. The actual instances of murder by cops is very, very, very low. There are tens of thousands of police all over the country in dangerous situations every day, and it's a very rare occurrance when a bad shooting occurs.

With a country of 320+ million people, you'll always find bad people in any profession, and the police isn't immune. But it's not systemic - it's a rogue individual. And it's exceedingly rare, and fully invesitgated and prosecuted when it does occur.
