The funny thing is, even some of the agencies that would be affected by a shutdown will still be open to some degree. A handful of agencies appear to have prior appropriations that will keep the lights on and employees at work.
Ironically, that could be ammo to keep the government shutdown even longer, because parts of that 25% that would be "shutdown" will still be working...lmao!
