I have had friends cut off multiple times. I was always happy when they were cut off. Hell, we got kicked out of the chimes on gameday as our friend was that drunk.


Yea, I've had friends pass out at bars before and if a bartender sees that, they should ensure they do not get behind a wheel. Again, it depends because if it's Fred's after the Bama game, it's impossible to track everyone. If it's your local dive bar, restaurant, martini bar, etc, you should have enough awareness to tell how drunk someone may be.

How, in your opinion, does a 110 lb female physically deny a 200 lb man from getting in his car?
The whole premise for holding other people responsible for another actions is idiotic
