Just from looking at that picture I'd say any bartender should know not to serve that guy anything. But being that he was 19 he also could have had someone buying drinks for him and bringing them back to him.

Its not the responsibility of the Bartender to babysit drunks.
Its his job to make money!
How bout the idiot doesnt need to drink so dang much. People need to take responsibility.
