Not necessarily. They have 1600 SF homes that have "4 bedrooms" but they are each like 8 x 8 haha

Number of bedrooms doesn’t determine square footage. I’ve been in many houses that have 3-4 rooms and barely 1k SF
What’s the point of having 4 bedrooms if none of them have a closet in them?
