Considering the materials and labor found in most A Hays Town homes, if one were to build a home with the same materials and finishes today, what might the price per square foot of living be? Thanks

Hays Town homes are more about the design than the labor & materials. Costs PSF would likely be equivalent to that of any other high end home.

I know his houses in BR and along Highland sell for $350 sf and up but let’s say you build this house say somewhere in Livingston or somewhere similar. You still think $350sf?
