Covered Patio
Posted by bhornsby84 on 10/24/23 at 12:05 pm
Looking for a company/licensed contractor who specializes in covered patios in BR or Ascension. I have a small existing covered patio but am looking to add 400-500’ of additional covered space and will need concrete poured and maybe a small outdoor kitchen built. Nothing too fancy as it’s a starter home in the $300k range. What company or contractor do you recommend for the job? Thanks

Need recommendations for a Lawn/Garden/Landscape company in EBR/Ascension Parish that handles total lawn care…mowing, landscape/shrub/tree maintenance, and fertilization and weed control. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know his houses in BR and along Highland sell for $350 sf and up but let’s say you build this house say somewhere in Livingston or somewhere similar. You still think $350sf?
A Hays Town Home

Considering the materials and labor found in most A Hays Town homes, if one were to build a home with the same materials and finishes today, what might the price per square foot of living be? Thanks
