Well yeah. That’s been my position this whole thread. “Self care” days are nothing new. People have had personal days for years. The behavior that is to be criticized here isn’t the personal day, it’s the manner in which it’s taken. Taking the day then posting the reason on Facebook for attention is a douche move.
