Get rid of all Domes.

Agree with this. Football is an outdoor sport.

People say it can't be played outdoors in some parts of the country because of cold or humidity.

But it WAS played outside in Minny and is still played outside in Green Bay and WAS played outside in N.O., and is still played outside in the South.

Football was mean't to be played in the early afternoon on real green grass under God's blue skies.

Like, Rose Bowl conditions.

Grantland Rice didn't write..."outlined against a claustraphobic dome under artificial lighting, the Four Horseman rode again."

He wrote: Outlined against a blue-gray October sky, the Four Horsemen rode again.

I hate night games, fake grass and indoors. That's Arena football. It's why the Sugar Bowl messes up everytime. Go back to Tulane. No more Domes. Sign the petition. Let's go back to the way it was.

I don't want to watch Arena football - there's a reason it died.

It feels like everytime I'm watching a Dome game...I'm watching some cheesy 80's movie about football and Arnold has to escape some Russian drug lord by playing QB and yelling at his linemen to get down...and Bridget Nielson is in the stands signaling to the refs while Stallone is getting popcorn and the stadium is playing Beat It in the background and everyone in the stands is wearing jorts and acid washed jeans and Members Only jackets over t-shirts that ask, "Where's the Beef?"

In short, Domes are the opposite of modern today. Maybe marvels of the past but relics now...it's not 1984 anymore.

The experiment is over. It didn't work. Let's go back outside and see the sun. Drink a beer under the sun on real grass...watching football like a free man.
