Either make a smoke house or if you want a big walk in cooler, buy one of these:

It looks you could just use a $15 Chinese thermocouple controller. You'd have to do a bit more invasive wiring than the coolbot but it shouldn't be too difficult. The linked item is just thermometer controlled relay.
But maybe the coolbot does more than just what I'm understanding.
