If she runs again, le Pen will win

I said it after Macron’s election. France is in very poor shape right now and I think people are starting to witness the destruction that globalism and the EU have brought to their country. French citizens will turn out in droves to vote for a nationalist who can take back their country.

I would love to see her win, I just wouldn't put it past the EU to frick it up somehow.

The EU will pull out every stop to make sure that doesn't happen. They can't afford a le Pen blowing up the entire EU because it would dismantle the new power structure that has been set up over night. Germany & Merkel will never allow it!
Trump lit the fuse though and its inevitable that change is coming to fast and furious to Europe and beyond. A new world order is going to shift.

Not my country, but she's kinda socialist.

She’s Bernie Sanders in every facet except extremely tough on immigration.
I wouldn’t want her.

She’s an idiot as well.

We are headed to a world war where most of the Bad Guys have the big weapons, gonna be a tough one, the good thing is they'll never use nukes.

Isn't she a nationalist and a socialist?

That is what leftists want here - the only choices are 2 different flavors of leftism.
and her hair is just plain limp and thin so there isn't really a lot she can do with it

quote:good Lord. She is a socialist who hates immigrants. Her policy program is basically “We must exclude immigrants so that we can take money from successful Frenchman and give it to unsuccessful Frenchmen.”
I would love to see her win,

France is going to be socialist either way. I guess I prefer a nationalist one over Globalist EU supporting douchebag.
Either way we should leave NATO and let Europe fend for themselves. That would cure them of their socialism real quick.

Front Nationale is popular with post industrial communities. The places where the factories closed, and jobs are scarce. They’re also popular with the security services. They remain a niche party though, despite their efforts to shed their Fascist history.

I think your analysis is spot on. We're exposed to the right-of-center Eurosceptic parties here in America, but many of the economic arguments anti-globalists use in Europe are further left than those of Bernie Sanders. Look at Brexit. The reason the UK voted leave was due to Labour voters in post-industrial areas in Yorkshire, Sunderland and the Midlands breaking ranks with the Labour Party due to concerns about jobs and the viability of the welfare state due to immigration.
