Anyone that says otherwise is full of shite. If law enforcement really wanted to eliminate DD, they throw real violators is pound you in the arse prison and stop wasting time trying to catch Johnny Had A Beer With Dinner Smith in some technicality then let him plea it down with nothing on his record (after of course paying the fine)
