This case is a big deal and most likely directly involves Trump, Pence, or a Trump family member. There is a witness who is refusing to testify in a grand jury hearing. They lost a first hearing, appealed, it got kicked back to the lower court, and now it’s getting an en banc hearing at the US Appeals Court. The only Trump appointed judge has recused himself.

With D.C. Being almost exclusively populated by progressive loons, should we consider whether it's appropriate to draw a jury pool from its populace?
