Has something being Constitutionally questionable ever stopped California before? They've got the 9th circuit to make sure it gets to the SCOTUS before they get dickslapped.

Pretty sure it'll be a fee and not a tax. They like to screw us like that. We don't have to vote on fees. Not that it matters, the dumb asses out here vote for new taxes anyway.
