I don’t personally think it’s meaningless, and have posted that it’s an important game for LSU and Orgeron. However there have been 50 threads on half the boards on this site talking about what a meaningless game it is: pointless, exhibition, practice game, etc.

This is off the subject but has anyone looked at the Ole Miss recruiting class? They have 27 commits and like 8 of them are offensive linemen.
