Honestly, as a Cowboys fan I would love it for them to clean house. They were quietly doing really well before the worst injury bug I have seen in years hit them bad, I don't juts mean losing 2 QBs. What they have had happen to their offensive line was ridiculous and they were still finding ways to win games.
Jay wasn't setting the world on fire by any standards, but he was developing a decent team that could have been in the 9-7 to 11-5 range.
