Can you really fire him for being on a course for making the playoffs and then having the starting QB AND the backup QB getting hurt and it derailing your season?

If this weren't his 5th season, no. But his injured QBs have nothing to do with his defense giving up 27 points to the Giants 0 sans Beckham has nothing to do with it.
Eta: Also, let me just say I'm playing Devil's Advocate here. Whether the board agrees or not, I'm simply inquiring if he should officially be placed on the hot seat on Chicken's thread and it's hard to say no to that.
