For whatever the hell it's worth, lot of local paper/radio calling for a complete house-cleaning. They have little faith in Snyder to do what needs to be done, but still

So nothing was wrong a month ago, but after losing your 1st / 2nd string QB and OL injuries, clean house? Interesting

Gruden isn't great but tough time pinning this season on him.

Those WaPo articles offer a lot of insight about the franchise's decades-long rut with Snyder and with Allen over the last 9 years. It's a lot more than, "well things were okay, but injuries just grabbed us."

eta: Just to provide one of many examples, DJ Swearinger called out the team before the Eagles game last week saying that too many players were joking around in walk-throughs and practices. Greg Manusky came out and admitted that he couldn't keep the team's attention for 50 minutes and so it was okay to let them goof off for a little bit. Gruden defended that.

One reporter here often calls Redskins Park "Club Jay" for the utter lack of discipline and effort.

Also, they lost their 1st round pick, Guice, before the season even started.
